  • Return Window: You can return products within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • Custom Orders: Custom products are non-returnable. If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact customer support for assistance.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Return Shipping:
    • If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If the product is in perfect condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds:
    • If your return is approved, you can receive a full refund or partial refund depending on the case.
    • Customized products are non-refundable, but if a custom order is defective, we will send you a replacement or arrange a return.
